This Ivan tea is collected in the regions of the northwestern regions of Russia. The gathering place of willow-herb is a remote village or settlement that is not polluted by industrial production and other types of harmful influences.

Ivan tea has a delicate taste with a hint of dried fruit, a delicious aroma and the same shade of color as ordinary tea.

No pesticides, chemical fertilizers or GMOs were used in the creation of this product. No artificial food coloring, flavors, preservatives or flavor enhancers. Harvested and packaged by hand.

How to brew?

Dip one bag into a cup, pour 200-250 ml of boiling water and wait 2-3 minutes.

You can add honey, milk or sugar to taste.

Ivan tea leaves can be brewed up to three times.

Shipping Details


We offer free delivery across the UK on orders of any amount. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Tracking is available for orders over £14 in the UK and over £30 for international orders.

Orders are shipped everyday from Monday – Friday. We transfer orders for delivery within 1 business day from the date of payment for the order.

Our main shipping partner is Royal Mail. At your request, we will send the order to another delivery operator.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking. We do not require signatures upon delivery and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact with your Order Number and we will be happy to help. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 working day, although from time to time, it may take us a little longer.


For international orders, shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country. You will see the full shipping amount after you add items to your cart and provide your shipping address. It will be added to the cost of the order and you will be able to pay for the order and delivery at the final step. We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. 

All relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

You can expect international orders to arrive within 5-10 business days. However occasionally international orders can get held up either in customs or due to courier delays (especially since Brexit) and so we ask that you wait up to a maximum of 30 days for your order to arrive.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days.

Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:

  • The products are damaged or defective;
  • The products are in the same condition that you received them;
  • The products are unopened;
  • The products were purchased directly through;
  • The products are returned within a 30 day period from receipt.

Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order (except if the item is damaged or defective), and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether we're able to issue a refund or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your product is of poor quality (for example, the package is not sealed, there is mold inside, etc.), was damaged during delivery or was not delivered, we will refund your money or send you a free replacement.
